These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the l444 apps online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, customer support functions, and any other features made available through the website located at l444-apps.net (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Use of the l444 apps Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. l444 apps does not permit access to or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18, regardless of the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by l444 apps for any breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of l444 apps, or of any game provider whose products are available on the Platform.

l444 apps actively employs technical and procedural measures to prevent underage gambling. If you are aware that a person under 18 years of age is accessing the Platform, please contact our support team immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to make use of third-party parental control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms from devices used by minors.

To access the full range of services offered by l444 apps, you must register a player account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the l444 apps Platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, l444 apps reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any security codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where available.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify l444 apps support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

l444 apps will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from l444 apps that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

l444 apps operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity and protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any other time at l444 apps's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad wallet or bank statement).

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by l444 apps may result in the suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

l444 apps accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Player accounts are denominated in BDT and all balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are recorded in BDT.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit for bank transfer channels is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier; applicable limits are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which is typically instantaneous for mobile wallet channels.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. l444 apps does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit into the account, and the withdrawal method must be registered in the account holder's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification; where verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until all required documents are received and approved.

l444 apps targets a processing time of 15 minutes for approved bKash and Nagad withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). l444 apps does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's bank.

Anti-Money Laundering

l444 apps maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that appears inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity may be flagged for review. l444 apps reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where an AML review is ongoing. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such review, including by providing additional documentation as requested.

l444 apps offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for l444 apps welcome and reload bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unfulfilled bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry.

Eligible Games and Contribution Rates

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Slots (excluding progressive jackpot slots): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
• Teen Patti and Andar Bahar: 10% contribution.
• Sports betting (pre-match and live): 50% contribution on settled bets with odds of 1.70 or greater.
• Crash games (including Aviator and Monster Mine): 50% contribution.
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• l444 apps reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of any active promotion, or cancel a bonus credited to a player's account where abuse or exploitation is suspected.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, l444 apps reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

By using the l444 apps Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to act in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be confiscated.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting loopholes in promotion terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Conducting any attack on the Platform's technical infrastructure, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, SQL injection, or any other form of unauthorised access.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from l444 apps.

l444 apps employs real-time fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits of player account activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, l444 apps reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an account and its associated funds pending investigation, without prior notice to the player.

All content on the l444 apps Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of l444 apps or its licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

l444 apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Download, copy, or store any portion of the Platform's content beyond what is technically necessary for normal browser caching.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of l444 apps intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access licence, account closure, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by l444 apps and its licensors.

The l444 apps Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While l444 apps takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the Platform is available, accurate, and free from defects, l444 apps makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform at all times.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, and game results.
• The fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
• The absence of viruses, malware, or other harmful code in content accessed through the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l444 apps, its directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical errors or platform downtime; losses resulting from wagers placed during a period of technical malfunction; or losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, l444 apps encourages players to first contact our support team with full details of the dispute. l444 apps will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
